Our circadian rhythms are damaged by exposure to artificial light at night, leading to disturbed sleep patterns, exhaustion, and even ragged nerves. There is compelling evidence that artificial light, as opposed to moonlight, starlight or candlelight, is linked to cancer.

Blue & green light sources like TV screens, computer monitors and smartphones trick your brain & body into thinking that it’s daytime, which results in higher alertness and makes it harder to fall asleep but also get deep, restful sleep.

These glasses are designed to fit over most small to medium sized prescription glasses – in other words, 90% of the frames worn today. They will block out sleep-disrupting light from the top, bottom and sides – not just the front. Shaped to block both direct and peripheral blue light.

Designed to fit over most prescription glasses

Now anyone who wears prescription glasses can enjoy the blue and green light blocking benefits of Sleep Savior™ Fit Over Glasses. Fit will vary from person to person. We offer a no hassle refund policy. If they do not fit you can easily return them.

Don't Let Artificial Light Tresspass on Your Health

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear these over my prescription glasses?

These glasses are designed to fit over most small to medium sized prescription glasses. They will block out sleep-disrupting light from the top, bottom and sides – not just the front. Shaped to block both direct and peripheral blue light. PLEASE NOTE: These are only available in one size and due to differences in face and head shapes and sizes, you will have to try them on to gauge if the fit is right for you. We offer a no hassle return policy to allow you to try them on and return them if the fit is not right.

How much light can I realistically block out?

The Sleep Savior™ Ultra model offers the most protection of our three nighttime models since it features a removable, protective seal (gasket) around the frame to ensure that no sleep-disrupting light reaches your eyes. The fit-over model does have side vents to allow for air circulation. Light can seep in there as well as from the top and bottom depending on how the glasses fit you. Even if some light gets through, you are blocking out most blue and green light, and that is certainly better than not wearing them at all. Unfortunately there is no way (short of a custom order) that they could fit everyone perfectly.

What is the blue & green wavelength range that Sleep Savior™ Fit Overs block?

Sleep Savior™ lenses block 99% of blue light from 450-570 nm. They also block 99% of green light from 495-570 nm.

Do these glasses protect against UVA and UVB light?

Yes! UVA wavelength is blocked from 315-400nm. UVB wavelength is blocked from 280-315nm.

Which style is best for me? How do they differ?

The Sleep Savior™ Ultra model blocks out the most stray light since it creates a more enclosed fit and is padded for comfort. The Fit Over model will vary in it's protection depending on how well it fits your particular face. The Sleep Savior™ Model is the most sporty and lightweight and is best used in airports or in public places as they look less bulky than our other night collection glasses.

Do these sit on the bridge of the nose or rest on the cheeks also?

It really depends on your particular face shape. They are not meant to rest on the cheeks, at least not in a way that would be uncomfortable. They may lightly touch the cheeks.
